My Aim Is To Add Value To You

Leadership Development with Amanda Heal

When I started this blog, my aim was to add value to my followers. It still is.

I have my own ideas about future topics for this post, such as:

  • A series on how to increase your influence at work;
  • A series of posts on how to communicate better with colleagues, clients and stakeholders; and
  • Possibly a post or two on how to find and follow your dreams.

But I would very much like your ideas.

What would you like me to write about, that would bring value to you inside and outside the workplace? My expertise are in the areas of leadership and personal growth, and public sector employment. Please let me know in the comments section or, if you prefer, contact me directly.

    The two that stood out for me to learn more about would be clearly communicating and finding my dream.
    I have a problem with listening, 🙂 I can talk all day but, but don’t like to slow down and listen, it takes my thinking about it to remember to when others Listen like it’s second nature.
    That’s like me and platforms like convertkit, some these technologies come second nature, and others can’t grasp the idea of using them.
    Nothing wrong with that though, it’s just our responsibility to share our knowledge with those who we connect with best, try to help them understand.
    Secondly finding my dream. At times I’ve forgotten why I do what I do, and this has caused me to lose motivation to make things happen. If you don’t know why your doing what your doing, you will sit there and tittle your thumbs. Sadly, I’ve done this for entirely way two long, and I’m excited to remember what I wanted to do.
    Keep up the wonderful work.
